Color Mission 200 was co-developed with an external partner, kept in cold storage after that partner's insolvency, and released publicly in February 2022 in very limited quantities. The film has no DX coding, requires manual ISO setting, and is characterized by chunky soft-edged grain, vivid saturated colors with a slight minty cast, and relatively limited dynamic range compared to mainstream ISO 200 stocks. ADOX treats this release as a proof-of-concept and R&D fund-raiser for future color emulsion development.
