Profile notes
Kodak Kodacolor 200 is a daylight-balanced consumer color negative film in Kodak's Kodacolor family, offering fine grain, high sharpness, and the warm color palette associated with the broader Gold/Kodacolor consumer line. At ISO 200, it offered greater versatility than the 100-speed sibling — usable in bright outdoor and moderate indoor flash situations. Processed in standard C-41. Like Kodacolor 100, this emulsion was phased out around 2007 as Kodak consolidated its consumer lineup under the ColorPlus and Gold brands. Note: Eastman Kodak relaunched new Kodacolor 100 and 200 films in late 2025, but the Canistr record with code 'kd2' refers to the original discontinued formulation.
